Icing on the Lake’s Revolutionary Afterhours Treat Machine

Icing on the Lake is a local Erie, PA bakery that is amazing. With the high quality of ingredients used, it’s no wonder it was the winner of the Erie’s Choice Reader’s Poll in 2019 (Bakery) and 2020 (Dessert)! You will find Icing on the Lake nestled in the West Erie Plaza next to Ronin and Claytopia, along with the amazing Afterhours Treat Machine. This super unique feature was just installed in November 2021.

Icing on the Lake’s ATM has Sweet Treats Available to Purchase 24/7

The ATM is super easy to use and is chock full of options such as cakepops, macaroons, cupcakes, cookies, and other sweets. Additionally, there are even gluten free options like gluten free cupcakes. I have tried multiple foods from here such as the New York Cheesecake on a Stick for $8, which was delicious! Another tasty treat that I loved were the Sandwich Cookies which came with 2 for $8.

The Afterhours Treat Machine is cashless (bring plastic!) and the treat is dispensed right below. If you don’t make it into Icing on the Lake during their normal business hours, the ATM is open 24 hours, seven days a week, stocked with fresh goodies! Numerous other options are available at Icing on the Lake during their operating hours such as cakes and custom cupcakes (custom cakes will no longer be available in 2022). There are plenty of vegan and gluten free options as well.
